The V2 Living Showhouse has been created with positive living in mind and showcases a fusion of creative design, comfort and functionality.

This example of a 3 bed city home with en suite facilities, an open plan kitchen, dining and living space creates a bright, contemporary urban family oasis, including a garden.

The urban nature of the design is brought to life throughout the showhouse with a neutral and natural aesthetic, in a youthful contemporary way, in keeping with a buzzing, chic city neighbourhood.

The design theme focuses on natural and softer earthy tones and textures set against some bold contrasts, all inspired by the materiality of urban spaces in a city.

Grooved wooden walls act as dividers and partitions, a focal point of a pared-back urban penthouse space. The space is anchored at each end with simple joinery, finished in concrete inspired tones in light and dark.

An open-plan dining and living area is situated to the front of the property, illuminated by a large terrace view window. One side of this room is dominated by the kitchen, completed with almost-black and light grey cabinetry and dark concrete countertops.

Natural tone chairs surround the steel dinner table, above which are suspended exposed-bulb pendant lamps. V2 Living designed the custom dining table, with an ultra matt lacquered black top and an elegant powder coated framing.

At the other end of the room is a L-shaped sofa and armchair, perched on a rug embroidered with geometric shapes. In keeping with the neutral colour tones, subtle colour accessories artwork and vases dress the space.

Three large bedrooms, have multi-functional aspects like bench storage, headboards recessed into cabinetry, and fixed joinery items. In both en suites, a playful use of ceramic tones with natural effect, wall mounted features, and a mix of materiality creates fun, and functional spaces, between the bedrooms.

Bright, cool grey colour tones have been used throughout all rooms, completing a soft subtle palette which provides a comforting atmosphere.
